My passion lies in creating learning experiences that engages the learners through gamification, and realistic simulations.

I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. This academic foundation has equipped me with a solid understanding of the theories and principles of learning, allowing me to design training and curriculum based on my deep understanding of how learning occurs, and how knowledge and skills are transferred.

I led end-to-end instructional design for Infor, creating e-learning and simulations for complex software. I collaborated with U.S. teams, used Synthesia, Articulate AI, and xAPI to boost interactivity and analytics.
