Animal Cell Game
Breaking away from the usual static science lessons, I designed an interactive K–12 e-learning activity that helps students explore the parts of an animal cell in a hands-on, gamified way. The project challenged me to build an accessible drag-and-drop interaction in Articulate Storyline—making sure it worked smoothly with mouse, keyboard, and touch, so every learner could join in, even on tablets.
To keep things visually engaging, I used Adobe Illustrator to customize and enhance each cell part, making them pop as they’re discovered. I layered in game-like features: instant feedback, the ability to try again, and a fun, achievement-driven feel that encourages students to keep experimenting until they master the content.
The end result is an accessible, replayable science interaction that brings animal cell exploration to life, making learning not just possible for all students—but genuinely enjoyable and memorable.
